Cruisin for a Cause Day – End MS!

We have four friends with MS, so whenever we hear of an event to raise money for MS research, we’re ready to Buzz! Here’s an upcoming fundraiser put on by A & W Restaurants and the MS Society of Canada:

On Thursday, August 26, help end MS by purchasing an A&W Teen Burger. For every Teen Burger sold at any A&W Restaurant, $1 will go to support the mission of the MS Society of Canada. So be sure to cruise in with the whole family. You’ll be doing more than just picking up a delicious meal, you’ll be joining in the fight to end MS. See you there!

BONUS – A&W will generously donate 50 cents for each RSVP we receive on this Facebook …Event (up to $20,000), so be sure to share this with your friends and family!

Greater Vancouver Zoo is turning 40!

Metro Vancouver’s Daily Buzz!!! The Greater Vancouver Zoo is 40 years old. Founded in 1970 the Zoo has more than 600 animals and 135 species. They started out 40 years ago with just a few animals. There are all kinds of fun events going on to celebrate the anniversary for the Zoo. To check it out the celebration activities CLICK HERE. Metro Vancouver’s Daily Buzz!!! – Today mark’s 100 years of Vancouver’s Pacific National Exibition. Performers this year include Cindy Lauper, Huey Lewis, Wayne Newton, Kevin Costner, Michael Bolton, Brian Adams (tonight) and many more. Been a while since I’ve gone for a ride on that classic wooden roller coaster. As they say – “Come Celebrate 100 Years of Fun!”
